Pricing
All prices are provided as a guide only and may vary on the day depending on product usage, and the time required to achieve your desired result.

Please note that significant colour changes, colour corrections, and transformational services require an in-depth consultation and customised quote. These services often involve additional time, product, and expertise, and pricing will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Deposits & Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make significant changes to your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, including cancellations, rescheduling, or downgrading services, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Our cancellation policy is not intended as a punishment, but rather to incentivise you to let us know asap when your situation changes and need to amend your appointments.

Sustainable Salon Green Fee
As a proud Sustainable Salon, a $3 Green Fee will be added to each visit. This contribution helps support the responsible recycling and repurposing of salon waste, allowing us to minimise our environmental impact and continue making more sustainable choices for our community and planet.
