SYMONE BRIGUGLIO
With over 25 years in the industry, Symone Briguglio has built Three Seventy on a passion for beautiful hair, genuine connection, and the belief that learning never stops. Known for creating contemporary, wearable hair, Symone combines technical expertise with creativity to personalise every appointment. Whether refining shape, enhancing natural texture, or creating a complete transformation, her focus is always on helping clients leave feeling confident, comfortable, and effortlessly themselves. A lifelong learner, Symone is passionate about continually evolving her craft. She invests in advanced education, attends industry events, and learns from leading artists around the world, bringing fresh ideas, innovative techniques, and global inspiration back to her South Fremantle salon. But her greatest passion extends beyond the chair. Symone's vision is to build a teachable salon, a place where education is part of everyday life, apprentices are nurtured, stylists are empowered to grow, and knowledge is shared without ego. She believes that when a team is supported to learn, collaborate, and strive for excellence together, every client benefits from an exceptional salon experience. This philosophy has shaped Three Seventy into more than a salon; it's a creative community where sustainability, education, and craftsmanship sit at the heart of every appointment. It's a place where emerging talent is developed alongside experienced professionals, and where every team member is encouraged to become the best version of themselves. A proud South Fremantle local, Symone lives with her husband Michael, son Vinnie, and their West Highland Terrier, Agnes, who you may occasionally spot greeting clients at the salon. Outside of work, she loves sharing meals with friends and spending weekends courtside, cheering on Vinnie's passion for basketball. For Symone, great hair is about more than the finished result, it's about creating confidence, building relationships, and leaving a positive impact on both people and the industry she loves.

Meet The Experts
Jazmin is a sought-after stylist known for her beautiful work with curly hair, seamless extensions, and lived-in blondes. She also loves a big haircut transformation, helping clients achieve a fresh new look that feels both effortless and confidence-boosting. With a strong eye for detail and a passion for helping clients embrace their natural texture, her work is always personalised and considered. Jazmin brings a calm, warm energy that helps clients feel instantly comfortable in her chair. Outside the salon, Jazmin has a fun spiritual side and enjoys spending time in her garden, with her partner and pets, and with family in Kalbarri.
Aisha is an experienced stylist who loves creating beautiful lived-in blondes, grey blending services, curly hair transformations, and seamless extensions. Whether it’s a subtle refresh or a complete makeover, she enjoys helping clients achieve hair that makes them feel like the best version of themselves. With a warm and welcoming nature, Aisha works closely with her clients to understand their vision and create results that are both beautiful and wearable. Outside the salon, Aisha has a keen eye for a great op-shop find, enjoys playing competitive cricket, and spends much of her time as chief chauffeur to her two teenagers.
Jade is a determined stylist who brings both care and consistency to her work. She takes the time to truly understand what her clients are looking for, creating hair that feels fun, considered, and true to each individual. She’s deeply committed to her craft, always learning and refining her skills, and brings a steady, grounded energy to the team. Jade loves big transformations, bold colours, and creating a great shaggy mullet, bringing creativity and confidence to every appointment. Outside the salon, Jade enjoys spending time with her younger siblings and catching up with friends, bringing that same warmth and connection into the salon each day.
Alisha is a dedicated apprentice stylist who is growing into a confident and capable hairdresser, bringing her own personality and creativity into the salon each day. She has a natural ability to make clients feel comfortable in her chair and enjoys helping people feel like the best version of themselves. In the salon, Alisha approaches her training with curiosity and determination, always looking for opportunities to learn, evolve, and build her skills. On the floor, she enjoys applying your all-over colours and is currently developing her confidence in blow-drying, while supporting the salon’s budget bundle menu services. Outside of work, Alisha enjoys spending time with her chihuahua, Kiara, and her crew of cats, and can often be found catching up with friends.
Hannah is the welcoming face of Three Seventy, bringing extensive experience in hospitality and retail into the salon. She is passionate about creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for every client, ensuring you feel looked after from the moment you walk through the door. She is excited to bring her skills into the hair industry and continue elevating the Three Seventy client experience. Outside of the salon, Hannah loves vintage shopping around Fremantle, spending time at the beach, and soaking up everything summer has to offer. Her go-to café order is a coffee and a cinnamon scroll — with a soft spot for anything pink.

That's why the products we stock are selected for qualities such as being low-tox, Australian-made, organic, sustainably sourced, low ammonia, and vegan whenever possible. We believe great hair shouldn't come at the expense of people or the planet, which is why we carefully consider every product we put on our shelves.
