Please note a 50% deposit is required when you book your appointment and we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment without 24 hours’ notice, you will, unfortunately, lose your deposit. We completely understand that last-minute things happen so this is not to punish our clients, but rather to encourage them to let us know of changes as soon as possible so we can assist clients on our waiting list.
